5th Kyu Testing Requirements
The physical portion of all tests, 5th kyu and above, are conducted in Japanese.
English is provided here as a means of learning the material; however, students should be prepared to hear all
testing instructions in Japanese.
Prepare for this test well in advance; there is a great deal of additional material.
Start by choosing a self-defense partner and choreographing your self-defense routine.
Also, memorize all Japanese terminology.
